Our Lodges
Our lodges have been designed by us from scratch with our guests' experience in mind every step of the way. We have worked closely with Boutique Modern based down the road from us in Newhaven, who specialise in designing and building volumetric modular buildings to deliver Phase One of our Luxury Lodges.
Phase one has seen us build seven two bedroom lodges each with a large central living space, two super-king bedrooms both with ensuite bathrooms and a secluded private deck, hot tub and BBQ.
Every lodge has been designed and placed in the park with privacy in mind and our sloping roofs and large panoramic windows ensure that our guests can make the most of the wonderful view without ever feeling overlooked.
We are hoping to design and build Phase Two of Swanborough Lakes in the near future and our belief is that this phase will consist of five Luxury one bed lodges for the ultimate romantic experience!
The Estate
Behind our lodges is Iford and Swanborough Hill, which contains some really important chalk grassland, a nationally threatened habitat that has evolved over many centuries to contain many hundreds of species of plants and flowers.
The farm covers an area of about 3000 acres, and our small team of dedicated staff can be seen out and about looking after our crops and animals most days. We are always very happy to answer any questions you might have about the farm and whats going on, and if you fancy it we have devised a number of walking routes which you can find in reception, that will allow you to experience some of the best bits.
These are Deluxe lodges perfect for a romantic retreat. One extra large super king size double with ensuite bathroom with freestanding bath and separate shower. Modern, light and spacious open plan living, kitchen and dining area. Terrace with outdoor hot tub, quality garden furniture and woodland views.
